The LORD is good to those who wait for him, to the soul who seeks him. It is good that one should wait quietly for the salvation of the LORD. It is good for a man that he bear the yoke in his youth. I absolutely LOVE that picture for that verse. I believe it will be the picture that sticks in my mind whenever I run across the verse from now on....and also whenever I see those mourning doves sitting out there on the trees....I'll think of that verse.

Funny how it can be more difficult to dig into the OT, isn't it? I don't have trouble with Psalms, but sometimes its admittedly more difficult to get into the prophets or the law.
